1. Shipping Zones
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India as well as to select international destinations. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or public holidays.
3. International Shipping

4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM IST). Orders placed after 3 PM IST, or on Sundays/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. During sale events or festive seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email at [email protected]. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment in real time.

6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient:
- We will notify you by email within 2 business days of receiving the returned shipment.
- You may request a re-delivery (re-shipping charges apply) or a refund of the product value (shipping charges are non-refundable).
- Refunds for returned undelivered shipments will be processed within 7–10 business days.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Refuse the delivery and note the damage with the courier, or
- Accept the parcel and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and items.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for items confirmed as damaged in transit.
8. Force Majeure
Samriddhi Ventures is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemic restrictions, or carrier disruptions.
