Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

2. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation:
- Contact us immediately via our Contact Us page or call +91 99900 86090.
- Provide your order ID (found in your confirmation email) and the reason for cancellation.
- Our team will confirm the cancellation status within 2–4 business hours.
3. Cancellations on Our End
In rare circumstances, Samriddhi Store may need to cancel your order. This can happen if:
- The item goes out of stock after your order is placed.
- There is a pricing or product description error on our website.
- Payment verification fails or a fraudulent transaction is detected.
- The delivery address is in a location we cannot service.
In all such cases, you will receive a full refund and we will notify you by email promptly.
4. Pre-Order and Back-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders and back-orders may be cancelled at any time before the estimated dispatch date for a full refund. Once the item is dispatched, standard cancellation rules apply.
5. Bulk and Wholesale Orders
For bulk orders (10+ units), cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours of order placement. After this window, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to cover production and preparation costs.
6. Refund After Cancellation
Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 2 business days. The amount will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
