Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order ID).
- The item was not marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Undergarments, swimwear and hosiery for hygiene reasons.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration or damage caused by the customer.
- Free gifts or promotional items received with an order.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Arrange a free return label or pick-up.
- Offer a full refund or free replacement at your choice.
- Process the resolution within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
4. How to Initiate a Refund
To start a refund request:
- Contact us at our contact page with your order ID and reason for return.
- We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
- Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email.
5. Refund Processing Times
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approval notification: Within 2 business days of receiving the return.
- Credit card / debit card refunds: 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.
- Original payment method: Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We offer free size or colour exchanges (subject to stock availability) within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we will ship the replacement once we receive your original item.
7. International Orders
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Samriddhi Store is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
